The Serrano’s elegant Italian lobby chandelier was designed by esteemed designer, Massimo Castagna, and burnished by hand.

Located on the third floor, the resident’s lounge was designed by Haute Courte and offers a beautiful space to work remotely or relax with friends. The lounge includes a pool table, a chess/checkers table, a large screen television, plush couches, large tables, and a kitchen with a Starbucks coffee machine. Surrounded by windows and flooded in natural light, this space is ideal for those who are hosting large gatherings or want a comfortable space to unwind or work remotely.
Fitness Center
The fitness center was designed by award-winning design company, Durukan Design. Brand new, top-of-the-line equipment was recently installed in the renovated fitness space and includes treadmills, ellipticals, adjustable benches, trainer machines, accessory racks, dumbbell racks, and more. The spacious, sun-filled fitness space features an intricate ceiling with custom millwork and a wall of windows that overlook tree-lined East 90th Street, adding to the area’s open, airy design. A separate yoga studio with a boxing zone is also attached to the fitness center, offering an area for residents to stretch before a workout.

The indoor playroom, which has been designed by Haute Courte, features books, toys, games, a playhouse, tables, reading nooks, and a kitchenette area. An outdoor children’s play area is also available to families of The Serrano which features a picnic table, playhouse, and benches for adults to relax while letting the children enjoy the fresh air.

When your pets are happy, we’re happy. That’s why Serrano offers a pet spa and dog run, making this residence ideal for any pet owner. Our pet spa offers the convenience of having an area outside of the apartment for your pet to take a bath in a serene setting. The grooming station includes a bath with aromatic organic lather, a nail clipping station, and a drying station, making it an easy and relaxing bath experience for both pets and owners.
Dog Run
In addition to the pet spa, The Serrano also offers an oversized dog run with soft green turf that is ideal for pups to enjoy the fresh air while socializing with other furry friends in the building. The dog run features agility training equipment to help further support your dog’s health and is ensconced in a tranquil, landscaped garden with shaded seating areas for pet owners to relax and unwind. Our pooches are invited everyday at 6pm to frolic with their fellow neighbors at our daily dog meet.

Designed by Durukan Design, the sprawling penthouse sky lounge boasts wall-to-wall windows and uninterrupted views of the city and East River, making it ideal for those who work remotely or need a space to entertain guests. The space beautifully blends greenery, woodwork, stone, and other natural elements, exuding the feeling of a serene Italian villa. The luxurious lounge features ornate custom millwork that rises from the wall to the ceiling, providing a sculptural appearance to this pristine space and envelopes the custom stone dining table. The sky lounge also includes comfortable seating areas with couches, a large workspace table, and a full kitchen for residents’ use.
Sky Terrace
The sky lounge seamlessly connects to a radiant rooftop terrace that boasts private cabanas, plush sunbeds, spacious dining tables, lush landscaping, and several recreation areas. This rooftop oasis features panoramic, 360-degree views of the East River and city skyline, with views stretching as far as New Jersey. The rooftop’s lounge areas were designed by Durukan Design to make residents feel as though they are in a private member’s club, with the convenience of being only a few floors above their home.
